bh999 VIP — Special Rewards and Weekly Benefits for Regular Players
bh999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a range of benefits, from weekly cashback to special offers.
bh999 VIP Three Tiers and Weekly Cashback Rates
bh999's VIP program is divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members at each tier receive weekly cashback based on their net loss for the week. The higher the tier, the greater the benefits.
Bronze
The first tier of the VIP journey. When new members start playing regularly, they naturally enter the Bronze tier. Even at this tier, members can earn up to 0.5% cashback on their weekly net loss.
Silver
At this mid-level tier, the weekly cashback rate doubles. By staying consistently active, members can move up from Bronze to Silver and enjoy comparatively better benefits.
Gold
The highest tier of the VIP program. Gold members enjoy up to 1.5% weekly cashback along with bh999's most exclusive benefits. Reaching this tier is a recognition of long-term regular players.
How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each week, bh999 calculates the member's net loss. Net loss is what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. Cashback is returned at a set percentage rate on this net loss.
For example, if total losses in a week are ৳25,000 and total winnings are ৳5,000, the net loss is ৳20,000. A Silver tier member would receive up to ৳200 cashback that week at a rate of 1.0%.
Cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to the account within the set time. It is directly usable — no complicated conditions apply.

How to Move Up the VIP Tiers
bh999's VIP tier changes are based on a player's overall activity. There is no specific deposit amount or turnover threshold — consistent, long-term activity is the main criterion.
Create an Account and Participate Regularly
Go to the bh999 Login page, sign in to your account and build the habit of playing regularly. Staying active is the start of the VIP journey.
Moving Up from Bronze to Silver
Everyone starts at the Bronze tier. By playing consistently and showing regular activity, members can move up to the Silver tier. Staying active across different games such as slots or live casino helps.
Reaching the Gold Tier
Players who remain active and dedicated over the long term move up to the highest Gold tier. Reaching this level is a recognition of the site's most committed members.
Maintaining Your Tier
Regular activity is also needed to maintain an earned tier. Extended inactivity can cause a tier change — so staying consistent is important.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
bh999 VIP members receive more than just cashback — the entire experience is different. Each tier offers a distinct level of benefits, from weekly perks to special offers.
Weekly Cashback
Automatic cashback on net loss every week. Ranges from 0.5% to 1.5% depending on tier.
Exclusive Bonus Offers
VIP members get priority access to selected promotions. There are also opportunities to receive rewards on special occasions.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed on a priority basis. Typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Priority Support
24/7 live chat and email support in Bengali and English — VIP members get even faster responses to their queries.
VIP Program and Bonus Combination
The bh999 VIP program works alongside all other promotions on the site. VIP members can take part in regular promotions in addition to receiving weekly cashback.
For example, the bh999 bonus page currently has five regular promotions — Weekly Reload Festival, Cricket Victory Bonus, Birthday Reward, Friend Referral Gift and Weekend Slots Offer. Having a VIP tier makes participating in these promotions even more rewarding.
VIP cashback applies when playing in any section — casino games, sports betting or fishing games. No matter which game accounts for most of the week's activity, cashback on net loss will be calculated automatically.
Playing regularly at bh999 Slots along with VIP cashback makes for a more rewarding week.

Play Responsibly — Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
VIP cashback is a reward — it should never be taken as encouragement to play more. Increasing net loss in the hope of earning cashback is financially harmful. Remember: cashback does not recover losses, it is only a partial benefit.
bh999 wants every player to play within their means. Set a fixed budget, stick to time limits and treat playing as entertainment. You can read more about the responsible gaming policy.
